You may not smoke in any car! If you return a car with physical evidence of smoking, your host can report the issue to Turo. When they do, the customer support team will review the required evidence. If it clearly shows physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a smoking violation fee of $250 plus an additional 3% process fee and remove you from Turo. We’ll close your account, and you’ll be unable to appeal this action.
