I rented a this Honda pilot from April 26th 2022 to May 14th 2022... I paid a $121.96 a day... Not one's did i get a discount... I spent over $2000 dollars on renting this vehicle... I brought it back clean the guy still didn't respect that tho... The only thing i am guilty of is not putting the same amount of gas there was when i got it... And he has a system in the car that constantly shuts off when ur driven because it's too lose in the back well i had the radio on and then the amp started smoking when that happened the radio and heat stopped working... It wasn't my fault and me being a female and only using his car because my dad was sick and while i had his vehicle my dad ended up passing away.... I didn't no anything about what was wrong but i was told it was prolly a fuse so i went and bought fuses but i still couldn't get it to work so it had to be the fuses that's i didn't buy... I put the new fuses is in the glove box and that's where they stayed even when i returned the truck they was still in the glove box... But i get no credit for that also... The truck could of caught fire with me and my kid's in the car...But he's saying a hole bunch of other things to try and make me pay way more money then i already have...

My first time using Turo and it was simply amazing for a last minute car rental. Emmanuel was very nice and helpful even after I was late dropping vehicle off due to horrendous traffic in the NYC. Will definitely rent from him again. Thank you :)
