James was a great host with clear instructions especially when we mistakenly read the pick up address incorrectly.

If I could give 10 stars to Paola, I definitely would. Her service and her car made for a smooth and amazing experience. There were a few issues on my end with securing a booking but Paola was so helpful and assisted me all the way through. She was an awesome host! The car was so clean and comfortable and worked so smoothly. It was the perfect size to tour Boston with my husband and kids. Would definitely recommend to other drivers!
