We do NOT accept third party bookings. By booking you, agree that you are the ONLY authorized driver and you must be there at the pickup. If you book using a psuedo or company name, the reservation will be cancelled. PETS ARE PROHIBITED. If there is any pet hair or smells, we will report to Turo and charge an excess cleaning fee up to $150 for professional detail and cleaning. (Owner has severe pet dander allergy) Thank you for being kind and considerate. And for your cooperation. The car must be returned in the same condition that it was received. You can message me directly for more information if needed. 🚖 Vehicle should have the same amount of PREMIUM gas. 🧽 The car should be returned clean just like when you picked it up. 🚭🚭🚭Smoking cigarettes and marijuana and other illegal substances are PROHIBITED inside the vehicle. Any violation of the smoking policy will be subject to up to a $150 fee. 🕑The vehicle must be returned on time as the next guest may be scheduled immediately after your drop off.   • Will car come activated with toll pass?

    Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

  • Can I add another authorized driver?

    Only you can request to add a driver; your host can’t do it for you. We encourage you to add a driver to your trip before it starts; however, guests in the US and Canada can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.   • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.   • Is there smoking permitted in the car?

    NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

    Car will usually come with a full tank of PREMIUM Unleaded gas. Please return it at same fuel level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

  • Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?

    We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. - Baby Seat - Infant Seat - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer's responsibility to install the carseat

  • Can I rent your SUV for a family member or friend?

    We do NOT accept third party rentals. You must provide your valid drivers license at pickup. If it is a contactless pickup, you MUST follow Turo guidelines and provide photos of ID prior to pickup.
