The host was fast with responses and very accommodating . Willing to educate and truly help out . This was my first time using the app and any questions I had - the host took his time to explain. The multiple pick up / drop off locations were convenient as by the end of the trip our stay location had changed and we easily were able to pick a different drop off location that was closer and convenient to the airport.
The car condition was fair, clean and neat- however at times we had trouble with the car play with the gps glitching. Nothing like patience and a restart to fix that issue .
