KURD and Turo customer care came through on clutch!! I literally needed a SUV last minute.. no really like it was 11pm and I needed it for 12am last minute and someone told me about Turo. I sign up, found a Honda Crosstour for a great price that’s available so I book. 30 seconds later I get a message from the host saying sorry unavailable. OMG my anxiety hits the roof! So I call customer care and was answered by Alejandra who was the best. She was patient, very helpful and made sure that my money was moved towards the new car and for the inconvenience she added additional money to cover the cost for unlimited miles (very few cars had unlimited miles which suck). Moving forward I’m low key freaking out and she says, favorite any vehicle you like that would work for what you need so I came across KURD’s Hyundai Palisade which was almost the only closest option to me. We booked it and I was so afraid I asked Alejandra to stay on the phone in case something went wrong and she did. KURD responded asap and all went well. From the beginning to end I could reach him if needed. I also hit a dilemma and needed to extend, he approved and worked everything out for me. Overall process was super smooth in the midst of all the chaos I had been dealing with throughout the two days. I’m definitely grateful for Turo, KURD and the flexibility they provide. As a lifetime Enterprise Plus member, I definitely will book again in the future!
