Description

Enjoy a roomy and spacious SUV that I like to call Midnight! It is perfect for family vacations, getaways, trips up to the mountains, or camping. ***NO CONTACT AT ALL AT PICKUP/DROP-OFF*** You'll receive keys through the lockbox. (Car will be delivered to you at ParkDIA lot or available for pickup in Capitol Hill.) We've added a few more locations to make it more convenient for our guests coming in from out of state. Choose at your discretion what the best option would be for your Turo car pickup. -MUST be 21+ to book -The car is cleaned and sanitized before and after every trip. -You are responsible for returning the car to the designated area originally picked up from. If I have to locate my car in a different lot or parking vicinity other than the one specified you will be fined $35 + any additional city parking tickets accrued. It is best just to have the car returned to the agreed-upon location to avoid this charge. -Failure to return the vehicle on time without communication with me will result in an additional day's daily rate. To avoid this please return on time if not earlier than expected. -To avoid extra fees, return the car with the same amount of gas given, trash removed, clean interior, no dings or scratches. (You are responsible for any damage incurred on the car. Please read the FAQS at the bottom of the page.) -There is NO out-of-state travel. Guests must book this car to remain in this state. -Do Not take the express toll (E-470) when leaving the airport. You will want to continue straight on Pena BLVD until you reach I-225 South (Colorado Springs) or I-225 North (Denver). -No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, cigars, hookah, or hookah pen) allowed in the vehicle. -No pets. -No alcohol permitted -You are responsible for all fees, fines, and tolls incurred. Reimbursement will be asked for in case of this event. -Please upload a picture of Identification in trip photos. I need this to verify you as the renter. -I kindly ask that when you return the car that it have a clean exterior due to cars being returned with dirt on them and not being able to verify new scratches. There is a decal sticker to any Car Wash USA express in the area. You may use that at no charge to get a wash. -There is a lockbox located on the driver's side door to retrieve the keys. Guidelines

- No smoking, cigarette pens, or animals in the car. - Please do not add any fragrances or smells to the car’s interior or a cleaning fee may be applied to remove the odor. Cleaning Policies - I kindly request that the interior of the car be returned in the same condition in which it was received and trash inside the car be thrown away prior to returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned clean inside and out, as given to you, a $100 fee will be charged to you. If the car needs a complete cleaning or detailing, costs could be more.

  • What happens if I return the car dirty?

    A $100 fee will be charged to you for exterior wash and inside cleaning. To avoid this charge you can add Post-trip cleaning during your booking.

  • What happens if I return the car without a full tank of gas?

    A $50 fee will be charged to you for reimbursement for the tank not being full. To avoid this charge add this extra to your trip during booking.

  • Where do I retrieve the keys to the car?

    The keys will be located in a lockbox found on the car door, which I will provide you the four-digit passcode on the day of or before your trip has started.

  • Where do I return the car?

    The car is to be returned to the same parking lot (ParkDIA). Please send me the location of where the car can be found (Row__Zone__). Additional fees may be added to your trip if you park the car with COVERED parking. To avoid fees park in UNCOVERED parking. Last but not least send me pictures of the car after you're done.

  • How do you start the car?

    The car does not have have a key ignition, you will need to have the key fob on you at all times to start the car. 2) press down on the brake, hitting the push to start button on the dash board simultaneously. To turn off the car make sure it is in park and hit the Push to Start Button to turn off the engine.

  • What happens if the car is damaged in any way?

    You are responsible for any damage incurred during your time with the car. On each trip, photos of the car are documented in great detail. If the car is not returned in the same condition it was received you will be charged for reimbursement for how much it is to fix the damage. Charges may vary.

  • Do I have to pay for the ticket, to leave the ParkDIA lot?

    Yes, renters are responsible for paying the ticket to leave the ParkDIA lot. However, you're not responsible for paying the ticket when returning the car back to ParkDIA. The cost to leave the lot is anywhere between $8.95 - $17.90.
