Description

This is a great Nissan Pathfinder with 4WD! It's reliable and will get you up to the mountains or is great for using along the front range. The heated seats are great for those high elevation trips! The leather seats are comfortable all year round. The third row seating is perfect for kids and families. Note: we've moved to contactless check-in/check-out for most of our trips, which saves a lot of time and communication for each of us about pick-up and drop-off times. This means it will cost you up to $10 to get out of a local parking area. Please ensure you're ok with this cost before booking.

I wouldn’t recommend reserving too far in advance. The welcome notes are automated so for my trip I had to go to two separate pick up locations for the keys, only to receive a key fob that didn’t actually work. Thankfully Diana was responsive and happened show up at the garage after I was walking around aimlessly for about 10 minutes looking for the car pressing the panic button and not having a single car respond. We had to continue to wait for a key that actually worked. I was about an hour late for my plans today. Highly recommend booking cars no earlier than 24 hours in advance so you actually know where you’re going and expecting delays and buffering your schedule accordingly.

We apologize. The key box at 7 Eleven broke so she had to walk 3 blocks to another one for key pick-up. Also, the new key fob from the dealership stopped working so we grabbed a spare. One relevant point, though - the guest didn't upload her photos of the driver's license and selfie until about 15 minutes before the trip start time, when we request it be done at least an hour prior. She also wasn't there at the start of the reservation time. We regret that it was a less than smooth day.

With this being my first booking through Turo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Diana and her assistant were a top notch group to book through making it incredibly easy and comfortable for me to use their vehicle. I will definitely be booking through Diana again during future trips to Denver. Thank you again!
