Wasn’t going to write a review, but felt like I need to. I’m not a fan of writing negative reviews but felt my experience needed to be shared. So I book this car less than 24hrs before use. Personally didn’t expect it to be perfect since I dropped the ball on booking early. I book this car to go snowboarding and for a wedding. Overall the car performed well. I got from point A to point B no problem. Owners were nice and we communicated well. Hence the 2 stars for communication. So the reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star rating. Reason 1: Interior of the car felt dirty. Personally had a small sense of anxiety with that since we are living in a time of covid. You could see visible gunk in between the cup holders and smaller spaces. Reason 2: Car maintenance was not up to date. Wipers were still bad and saw a previous review on it. When I received the car it already had alerts on the dash board. DRL Alert was on but that could have happened any time. The one thing that really upset me was the car hasn’t been serviced over 1000 miles. Granted I understand we all can be behind on serving our vehicles but I think this was unacceptable. If you put up your car as a rental I expect things like servicing should be done prior to having it on the site for rent. Reason 3: Even though we talked about the issues, they didn’t apologies for or acknowledge some of the issues. They told me the issues but never apologized for it. So the put a sour taste in my mouth.

I dropped it back over to Brakes Plus where we have our cars maintained every 5,000 miles and to get the (DLR) Daytime Running Light bulb replaced along with new wiper blades. That light tan interior shows everything so I have it schedules for a professional detail. I am sorry to have missed those items and hope you had some great time snow boarding, the snow has been great this month!!

Worst experience ever ! Horrible host & lot attendant! I booked the vehicle a day prior to pick up had no communication at all till pick up time & once I did get in contact with the host turns out to be an automatic system! I arrive believing the vehicle is ready for pick up turns out the car was never on site & was still in use by another party ! Lot attendant notified me that the vehicle was on route to pick up location, waiting 2 hours for the vehicle to never show up ! To make matters worst I am giving a replacement vehicle which is a total downgrade from my original car ! After everything is set and stone only competition they feel I deserve is a 25$ reimbursement for all of my troubles! Also thanks Turo for nothing, they sided with the host as usual cause they felt I was to blame !
