Guidelines

We are very flexible with extensions, request your extension through the Turo app and we will approve it if the vehicle is available. We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow all Turo policies and procedures. Please use the vehicle as if it were your own—do not race it, hard brake, speed, rev the engine at or near its limits or other engage in other activities that might damage the vehicle. All vehicles have remote monitors to ensure guest are treating our vehicles as if they were their own. Return the vehicle with the fuel at the same level as when your rental started unless prepaid fuel is selected. If you don’t refill the tank, we will purchase the fuel and charge the amount through Turo. Return the vehicle at or before the time on your reservation. Late returns will be charged according to Turo policies. Do not smoke in the vehicle. We will charge a minimum of $150 for cleaning the vehicle if we determine that either circumstance has occurred. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. If you need to add additional user please see FAQ #2 Never leave the vehicle unattended with keys inside or unattended while running. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, and insurance are in the glove box.

Faqs

  • Am I required to clean the vehicle before return?

    Yes. Each of my vehicles are rented out very clean and wiped down. We expect them to be returned in the same condition (exterior and interior). If it is returned uncleaned, you will be charged between $50-$100 depending on the level of cleaning required.

  • How do I add another driver to the trip?

    Just have them sign up for a Turo account and they will be able to drive, follow these instructions, https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005228087-Can-my-guest-add-an-additional-driver-to-their-trip-

  • Does the vehicle need to be refueled?

    Yes. We always send our vehicles out to renters with a full tank. Please return your rental with a full tank. If you do not have time, please select our prepaid fuel option.

  • How do I extend or shorten my trip?

    If you want to change the start or end time of your trip to keep the vehicle longer or return it sooner, you must submit a request via Turo before the trip starts or while it’s in progress. You’ll be unable to submit via the system once the trip has ended. A trip change is only valid if you make the request through Turo and your host approves it. If you extend your trip without approval via the Turo system, we may charge you a late return fee. If you make an unapproved early return, we’ll be unable to refund you for any unused trip time. And you’ll still be responsible for any parking tickets or tow charges the car receives for up to 24 hours after the scheduled trip end time. To request to extend or shorten your trip, follow these instructions: Log onto turo.com or to the Turo mobile app. Open your Trips tab. Click or tap “Booked.” Select the trip you’d like to change. Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. Choose “Change trip length.” Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. Submit your request.

  • Can anyone smoke in the vehicle?

    Do not smoke in the vehicle. We will charge a minimum of $150 for cleaning the vehicle if we determine that either circumstance has occurred.
