FAQs
What percent charge will I receive the vehicle at?
If you book locally then it will be at 89-90% battery charge. If you book from the airport it will be between 80-90% battery charge. EV batteries are not supposed to be charged past 90% to preserve their battery life. When you book from the airport I will charge it to 90% and then I have to drive it 20 miles to the airport for delivery. Depending on weather and temperatures it will use more or less range to get there.
Is it possible to leave my car at the pickup location during my trip?
Yes! We have plenty of space for you to leave your car during your rental to save on an Uber/Lyft or finding someone to give you a ride! :) We know that finding a ride is difficult at times and we have a big parking lot that you are able to park in during your trip if you choose.
Can I go on toll roads or is there a toll pass in the car?
Yes, there is a toll pass in the car. This DOES NOT mean that tolls are free though. It just allows you to go on toll roads and pay a discounted rate. You will be billed 4-6 weeks after your trip has been completed with any tolls that you went through during your trip.

First time in a Rivian. The vehicle looked and drove amazing! It was fully charged when we picked it up and we made it 330 miles before we stopped to charge. The built in nav is great for trips and finds the best chargers. Tesla adapter was provided and the Tesla super chargers seemed to be the fastest. Electrify America also had good chargers. Host was awesome and very responsive. Would 100% rent this vehicle and use this host again in the future. If you’re needing a rental in COS this is an awesome suv!

This SUV handles better in the snow than any other IVE vehicle. Rivian App usage made preheating easy, Tesla supercharging was easy, and the amount of space was enough for 4 adults, and two kids with car seats AND all of their luggage and stroller. Absolute range beast with the max battery pack. This thing is a living room on wheels, and it’s all weather mats handled the snow like a champion.
The Snow Drive mode allowed us to drive past everyone else getting stuck on winter park mountain with ease.
