1. 🚫No smoking🚭🚭Even with the top down, it will seep into the leather & you will be charged if odors, or evidence of smoking is detected. 🚫No pets❗️🚫No food/drinks❗️🚫No heavy cologne/perfume❗️You will be a charged $250 cleaning fee. 2. The car needs to be returned with the same gas level. Please fill up the car with premium gas(93 Octane)leave gas receipts in the cupholder. ⚠️⚠️ DO NOT TAKE CAR TO DRIVE THRU CAR WASH‼️ There will be a $20 charge after drop off to have the car hand washed. This does not mean the interior can be dirty. If you prefer to save the time and hassle, please purchase a post trip cleaning extra. 3. Any water damage to the vehicle will result in an immediate minimum $250 charge. 4. You agree to never leave the scene of an accident or crime involving the vehicle. Please make sure that the authorities are notified & a claim is made through Turo. Please notify host immediately! 5. The host will perform the initial pick up checklist and hand you the keys. 6. 🚫🚫If you plan to drive the vehicle out of state please notify me. 7. ⚠️⚠️Please make sure that you park the vehicle in legal parking spots that are designated in the lot or on the street. You agree that you are responsible for all PARKING TICKETS, TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, & TOWING COSTS while renting this vehicle. 8. ⚠️⚠️There is a $300 fee if the rims or tires are damaged. ⚠️⚠️There is a $200 lost key fee. Renter is responsible for this fee. 9. Upon booking, kindly upload a photo of your driver license & auto insurance card on the trip photos. 10. ⚠️⚠️ ⚠️If you will be late, please change the trip in the app, otherwise you will be charged a late return fee.
