This is a really great experience. We were sent a photo upon arrival that had the exact location of where the car was parked inside the parking garage. It made it really easy to find the car and get going. Car was in perfect condition, rides, extremely smoothly, and we ended up getting caught in a rain storm so added bonus, it handled really well in the weather. We also ended up having to end our trip early and Moe was super easy to communicate with.

Moe is an asset to Turo! It was our first time and he went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for us, through flight delays and a long night, the car was in the 2nd closest spot to the airport terminal waiting for us! A great way to relax a bit after a 3am arrival. The car was clean and in great condition. Moe was knowledgeable and a please to work with.
