Where is the pickup location and how can I get to it?
My location is in in West Cary and very convenient to many amenities and major locations in the Triangle including RDU, Duke Hospitals, UNC, Downtown Durham and Raleigh and RTP. Because this, there are many Uber and Lyft cars right around so its easy and affordable to get a ride to pickup location. Or if needed I can come pick you up anywhere within 10 miles. (Fee associated)
How does Airport Pick-up & Delivery work?
🛫*AIRPORT RENTERS*🛬 Please consider taking a Uber or Lyft to my free pickup location. Average cost is $14-19 each way & a 10 minute ride. It may save you money & time as opposed to choosing airport delivery. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you'd still like airport delivery: Typically I will leave the car in the RDU Central parking deck. (Parking Deck across from Arrivals/Baggage Claim) This cuts down on stress of meeting times, late flights and/or long baggage delays. 😊👍 Once ID has been confirmed I will send you the location and lockbox information to grab the car from the airport parking deck. Please note that there is an approx. $15 fee to get the car out of parking area which isn't included in the delivery fee.
How are toll fees paid?
Tolls are automatically paid via a transponder (Number: 3301289355). Toll fees will be collected after trip is completed with receipt of toll charges. This will be seen in a separate invoice for "Incidentals" will be sent up to 90 days after rental period is complete.

Lucia was a fantastic host and her Hyundai Sante Fe was a perfect fit for our family of four. Her attention to detail was great considering we were traveling with small children, and the available car seat options were clutch. Would highly recommend for families traveling with small kids and those that need the additional cargo.
