She gave me the car with 2 bald tires and 2 tires with nails in them… she dropped the car off saying that the tires were fine and the tps was just bad.. when I checked the tire pressure both passenger tires were over inflated to 40+ psi (supposed to be 36) and both drivers side were at 20 psi … the ride on the highway when I found this out was extremely scary and dangerous… I spent the rest of the trip filling up the tires with the slow leak every morning. there is NO reason for a car to be dropped off with bald and flat tires!

Car is great, but the address provided for pickup was incorrect and the overall directions for pickup and drop off process were not clear. You also have to pay $15 to retrieve the car from the parking lot.
