COVID-19 Update: This vehicle is sanitized before each trip with EPA certified cleaners. Renter must have proof of a valid driver's license. Any secondary drivers need to be added on for insurance coverage. This is a no fee add-on but is compulsory. The vehicle is not permitted to be used for off-roading or on undeveloped roads. The vehicle will almost always be handed over with a full tank of gas. If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of gas then a $10 refueling fee will be charged on top of the cost of gas. The car will always be handed over to you after being detailed. If we receive the vehicle back in an extremely dirty condition a cleaning fee of $150 can be charged. The use of touch car washes is not permitted. This vehicle is monitored in real-time for excessive speeding, hard acceleration, hard braking, and location. If we notice harsh driving a warning will be issued. If reckless driving continues the rental can be terminated early, and charges can be issued for damages. The vehicle is not permitted to be driven into Mexico. If a ticket for improper parking or illegal driving is issued while the vehicle is in your possession please inform the Host as soon as possible. Smoking of any substance is not permitted within the vehicle. A $250 fine will be issued for failure to comply. Each wheel is in excellent condition. If you return the vehicle with any wheel damage you will be charged the cost for repair or replacement. The vehicle is not permitted to carry persons or property for hire. Meaning that it cannot be used for Uber, DoorDash, and etc. There is a charging cable, and aux cable provided for your convenience. Loss of an accessory carries a $20 fee, per item. You will be given 1 working key for the car. In case of loss of key Renter will incur all costs associated with key replacement plus a $50 fee.
