Eye-watering, light-speed power. If Darth Vader were to drive a car, he’d drive this because he’d settle for nothing less. What’s power without traction though? Good question. A question this Hellcat has the answer for in the form of four wheel drive. With all four tires putting power to the pavement, you can be more confident than ever with all the muscle at hand… er… foot… you get it. Big Brembo disc brakes stop the car quickly when you need to. At 70 miles per hour, the Hellcat comes to a stop just one car length ahead of a 2024 Corvette. A car that weighs over 2000 pounds less. The mad scientists over there at Mopar are very close to breaking the laws of physics. The paint is called destroyer grey. It's a subtle self-expression of power. It doesn’t need to brag using glossy emblems and reflective clearcoats. This is the classy hero, lawful neutral, if you will. The inside, however, permits itself to be a little more flashy. Red leather all throughout the car feels like a theater to the greatest show on earth. Heated seats in the front two rows ensure that on the 4 days you actually need them in Florida you’ll be comfortable. Fear not, however, the Durango is also prepared for the Florida sun, with ventilated seats in the driver’s and front passenger’s position. Even the rear seats, while not as roomy as the middle two, are comfortable enough for friends without profusely apologizing for their discomfort the whole time. It even has captain's chairs in the middle with an empty row in between for storage or for ease of access to the rear. The rear seats fold down in one motion and give even more cargo space for luggage and bags if you don’t need them The driver’s seat has access to all the amenities expected in a new vehicle. Satnav, Wireless Android Auto, Apple CaryPlay, customized sound controls and drive modes. Sensors all over the car tell you how close you are to others when entering and leaving tight spots, and full curtain airbags keep you safe in emergencies.
