The car was dirty and the car needs a lot of maintenance. Filip was very accommodating and dropped us off another Lincoln SUV but it was dirty and needed maintenance. Door handles were falling off. Zip ties were holding the bottom part of the bumper. There were many scratches and dents. I decided to park it and use my own car because of all the rattling while driving.

As clearly evident in almost all reviews my cars are well maintained clean and the services impeccable . All have been inspected as per turos requirements. I regret the negative experience and we will always strive to be better as evidenced by our Top Power Host Status which I earned since day 1 going always the extra mile for the renter Vip experience by sharing great places around the area being ready for them of any accommodation within minute’s response. ( Whatever level host you are . )

Navigator was as advertised. Our trip required the 4x4 and the extra length of the L version. Filip was an excellent host. Very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend any of his cars.
