No pets. No smoking or vaping of any kind as there will be a charge for the smell removal. Absolutely no off-roading. Dirt roads and bumpy mountain roads are understandable, but any scrapes or damage to the underside of the vehicle will be the renters responsibility. Please return the car in the same condition as you received - Full gas tank - Clean of debris - Washed exterior I'm flexible on this last one as I have to clean the car anyway...please don't return covered in mud inside and out. Guests will be charged a minimum of $150 for Pet hair, stains, smoke or vape smell removal. There will be a $75 fee if there is evidence an air freshener was used in the car. These smells are offensive to other guests and often are used in an attempt to cover up smoke damage and require extensive cleaning to remove the smell.
