• Does the gas need to be filled? What type of gas do I use?

  The Jeep will come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at the same gas level with regular unleaded fuel. Gas cap is located on driver's side. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Details please see here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990730-Fuel-policy. Returning the vehicle on less than a full tank of gas will result in additional refueling charges. Alternatively, you can save time, make drop-off a breeze, and avoid additional fees by purchasing the prepaid refueling Extra. This allows you to return my Jeep at any fuel level. Price includes up to a full tank of gas.

• Do you allow pets or animals?

  No pets or animals are allowed. Pets or animals will result in a cleaning fee of $150 and potential removal from the platform by Turo.

• Is smoking permitted in the car?

  No Smoking, vaping, e-cig, or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. Kindly step out of the vehicle. If you have smoked in the vehicle or if there is any lingering smell, it will be reported to Turo and you will be charged up to $250 violation fee. You might also be banned from the platform by Turo.

• What if I am running late when returning the vehicle?

  Please submit a trip extension request through Turo. Visit this Help Article to learn how to request an extension: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043107954-Extending-or-shortening-your-trip- Failure to obtain approval for a trip extension request and returning the vehicle after the scheduled end of the trip will result in charges for additional usage. In addition, any additional mileage will also be charged separately.

• Do I need to clean the car when returning?

  The vehicle will come clean! Please ensure you return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. Returning the vehicle with excessive dirtiness could result in a $150 detailing fee.

• Can I take the Jeep off-roading?

  Off-roading, trail riding, or anything of the sort are not allowed in any Turo car per the Turo terms of service.

• What is required to lower/raise the soft top?

  The host will show you how to raise and lower the top if desired. For first time operators, it does require two people to lower and raise the top properly and with ease.

• What if I incur tolls or other fees during my trip?

  EZPass toll transponder (#02105728418) in the vehicle collects and calculates tolls - no need to stop at every toll both and fish for change or a credit card. Just sail on through - we will send you an invoice for the tolls, parking and speeding tickets you incur on this trip within 90 days of your trip end!
