Guidelines
General guidelines: -Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind, smoking will incur a $300 fee minimum -Notify me if the car incurs any damage while under your care. -Notify me if you will be late returning the car -Do not alter the set charging limit in the car or charge car beyond 90% of its full capacity -Do not allow the car to fall below 30 miles of charge at any time. Allowing the car to Fall below 30 miles will incur a $50 penalty Fee -Towing with Tesla must be pre-approved. You will be responsible for towing fees if you allow the battery to die. ***There will also be a $200 additional fee for allowing the battery to die because that damages the battery and decreases the range permanently. The Tesla will have at least 270 miles of charge when delivered. Please return the car with at least 200 miles of charge. This is to ensure that back to back rentals will have appropriate charge level at delivery. *There will be a $50 fee if returned with less than 150 miles of charge. Please treat the car as if it were your own and return it in the same condition as it was when you received it. You will be responsible for any damage or cleaning fees as a result of not following these guidelines. *At the end of your rental, I will bill you through Turo for any charging fees incurred from Tesla superchargers and charge point stations. It is free to add a secondary driver, however they must be approved and added before the trip begins or there will be a $50 fee. Excessive cleaning Fee is $125 There is a $150 fee if any tickets/toll charges occur while the car is in your possession in addition to the cost of the ticket/toll.

Cleaning?
The vehicle should be returned in the same condition. It is cleaned and kept in Brand New Pristine condition. There is a hand vacuum inside the center console of the car and paper towels in the trunk. If you don’t have time to run it through a wash then please select the “post-trip cleaning option” and we will have it cleaned for $35. Returning the car excessively dirty will incur a detailing fee of $125.

How much charge do I bring back?
Tesla’s are designed to stay between 20% and 80% charged or in this case between 40-300 miles. This means that we don’t let it get below 40 miles or above 300 miles on the charge. Allowing the charge to Fall below 30miles will incur a $50 penalty fee. Please bring the vehicle back between 290/300 miles charged. There is a local supercharger a few miles away at Atlantic Station.
Smoking - NO!!!
IS NOT ALLOWED! $300 will be charged at a minimum.
Where can I charge and how long does it take?
There is a charging station located at the nearby shopping center. On the TESLA dashboard it will show you nearby charging stations (red electrical bolt). If you do not use a super charger and instead use another charger then you may need to use the converter located in the rear trunk. A full charge from 40-300 miles takes roughly 45 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW THE CHARGE TO REACH BELOW 30
Charging - How to?
Charging the Tesla is easy! With Tesla chargers, just press the button on the charger handle while holding near the charge port on the rear left tail light - the port will open right up automatically. When you plug in the car, the Tesla Supercharger automatically recognizes my car and adds any charging fees to my account, which will be billed to you at the end of your trip. If you have any questions what-so-ever, I'm happy to provide more details on charging! For third-party charging stations, download the appropriate app for that station and set up an account to refuel the car. Plugshare is a great app for finding EV charging stations near you.
Parking
Please always park in a shaded area so that the car does not overheat and with stand internal damage to the computers inside. When possible, take advantage of free electric charging stations installed in some parking lots, shopping centers, and hotels. You'll be happy you did!
Unlocking and starting the car
To lock or unlock, tap your key card on the center of the pillar to the right of the driver's window below the camera sensor. To start your Model Y, tap your key card behind the cup holders and place your foot on the brake pedal to start. Note: Access cannot be granted from the passenger side of the vehicle.
