Amazing car and the host. We were a family of seven with kids and this was the best thing we did for our vacations. The car was with us for about 18 days, not a single issue. The ride itself is smooth and quiet, with excellent handling that makes even winding roads a pleasure to navigate. The suspension system does an admirable job of absorbing bumps, ensuring a comfortable ride regardless of road conditions. The auto driving feature in the highway is great too. special mention goes to Jay and Nicole for their exceptional service. I needed to arrange some last-minute documentation to travel to France, specifically the VE103 form, and they provided the fastest turnaround I could have hoped for. Their quick assistance and attention to detail made the entire rental process seamless and hassle-free. I highly recommend renting from J and Nicole for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-equipped vehicle. Their professionalism and the quality of the Kia Sorento made my trip an absolute delight.
