  Charge port is on the right . Please ensure adequate steps taken to secure and place cabling. A type 2 charge cable is provided and you can download App from https://network.bppulse.co.uk/ which provide pay as you go charge

• How do I return cars out of hours?

  There are times when you want to return the car when we are not availaible , in that case just park the car at the home location and take pictures through the app and drop the key through the letter box

• My hotel Near Heathrow is not listed for delivery

  No problom just choose any hotel listed in the delivery location and once booked you can provide me the address of your hotel which should not be more then 3 mile from Heathrow Airport

• Which areas can you deliver the car too?

  We Deliver to Heathrow airport , Gatwick Airport and Central London , all the prices for delivery and drop-off are listed under PICKUP LOCATIONS Please note the price includes Pickup and drop-off , if the location is not listed feel free to WhatsApp me on +447780666039 and I can work out the extra cost to deliver the car to you

• What is the ULEZ Charge? (important)

  *****My cars are all ULEZ compliant so you will NOT need to pay this charge**** The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) operates 24 hours a day and it is a DAILY charge of £12.50 per day and the area covers the whole of London. Also certain cities in UK Also operate the clean Air zone so always check when going into these cities if the car you are renting has to be ULEZ compliant *****So before renting any car check that it is ULEZ compliant*****

• How does the process of car delivery and pickup at the airport operate?

  Please note that every Turo host may have a different process, but here’s how mine works: For Delivery of the car to you: Once you've collected your luggage at the airport, simply message me. I'll then provide details on where to meet me in the car park, where I'll deliver the car to you. For Drop-off: The day before your scheduled drop-off, I'll reach out to confirm your estimated arrival time (ETA) and terminal. Based on that information, I'll let you know where in the car park to drive to, and I'll meet you there. On the day of the drop-off, I'll message you to confirm your ETA and ask you to notify me 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.
