Easy pickup, great customer service. These guys really know how to run a successful Turo fleet. The drop off at home is the easiest thing ever, woke up to a car waiting in the driveway with clear instructions. Car is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone!

Pearson Airport Valuepark cost was $30 to leave the lot. Just be aware of this associated cost for this location specifically. I was quite surprised on the price, but understand.
1 suggestion would be the addition of a pull over trunk cover. I felt at times that my luggage was too exposed without a tinted back window or trunk cover. I used black garbage bags to cover my luggage from prying eyes, but this didn't affect the overall experience, rather a good workaround.

Sorry to hear the parking charge was a surprise however it is stated in our DETAILS section that delivery to the airport is FREE, parking is not. Also, we have a cover, however we found that most guests prefer to leave it off as there is no proper storage in the event they have luggage that need extra space.
