This Guide below has all the information you need when you book with us. 1️⃣ Turo app: You will need to download the Turo app to be able to check-in and out. 2️⃣ As per Turo’s requirements you will need to take and upload 2 pictures to warrant your Insurance coverage on the vehicle. (1) A clear close-up photo of your drivers license. (2) A clear photo of you holding your drivers license next to your face. Please upload these 2 photos to “Trip photos” within 24 hours of your trip start time. 3️⃣ Once your two photos have been uploaded, you will be verified and we will send you the lockbox code 5 minutes before your trip start time. Gas: ⛽️ This vehicle requires regular grade fuel, please return the car with the same amount fuel as when you picked up the car, any missing fuel, and you’ll be charged through reimbursements on the Turo app at the end of your trip. Cleaning: 🧼 When you rent from us, you will always have a very clean vehicle inside out and properly sanitized, please return the vehicle back clean or opt to purchase the extra service of “post trip cleaning” if the vehicle is returned not clean we may choose to request reimbursements using the Turo app for cleaning costs. Impoundment: 🔐 If the vehicle is impounded for any reason, you will have to pay any associated costs for the release of the vehicle and you are responsible for the vehicle being rented and any fee’s associated during that period. 407 ETR and Tickets: 🎫 Any 407 ETR toll charges and tickets will be billed within a reasonable time. Smoking Fee: 🚬 As per Turo’s guidelines there is absolutely no smoking in the vehicle and there will be a $250 fee. Late Returns: ⏰ A $50 fee will be applied for each hour the vehicle is late, if you see you are running late please use the Turo app to extend the rental. Pets 🐕 No Pets allowed in vehicle and we’ll charge all guests a cleaning violation fee when returning the car with a significant amount of animal hair. Returning the car: 🅿️ Please return the vehicle to the same location and place the key back in the lockbox were you found it when you picked up the car and make sure the lockbox is securely closed and the vehicle is locked.
