  • What extra steps have you done to adapt to COVID 19?

    I pride myself in being meticulously clean especially with my vehicles. I put forward this trait and go the extra mile in allowing my vehicles to sit 24-48 hours prior to your bookings. I have professional detailing experience and have invested in all proper equipment and tools to ensure a safe and clean Turo experience. I have completed Turo sanitation training including hotspots in vehicles. I continue to follow and comply to all updated provincial guidelines to make sure the risks becomes negligible when you book any of my vehicles.

  • Top 3 house rules

    1. Absolutely No Smoking! Zero tolerance and additional premium cleaning fees will be charged if violated. 2. Guests with pet must choose Post trip cleaning option. Otherwise, will be billed additional in the end of trip. 3. Do not attempt to fix or diagnose vehicle. Please contact Roadside assistance at 1-888-391-0460 and notify myself. Thank you :)

  • Does the car have to returned clean with gas?

    Gas tanks are to be returned with the same level of fuel as received. This vehicle must be booked with post trip cleaning extra prior to the trip or expect it to be added to your invoice shortly after booking.

  • How much is post cleaning fee and is it included in the daily rental rate? Why is it a requirement for this vehicle?

    No, post cleaning is NOT included in the daily rental cost. The standard fee is $50 but can increase depending on severity. Just due to the sheer size of the Atlas and the nature of its purpose. 99% of the time, especially during winter seasons it is returned in a condition that requires post cleaning fee. I will reimburse the cleaning fee in the end if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received.

  • When is the car switched to winter tires?

    The Atlas currently is on All seasons M+S. I switch to winter tires by end of October early November or unless requested by a guest.

  • The car is not available for the dates I want, do I have any other options?

    Yes, please contact me even if the dates are not available. If the date are blocked for cleaning, I can open the dates up. If the car is booked for another trip, I can offer you the closest option from my other vehicles that are available.

  • Tips

    1. Turo offers 3 levels of insurance. Never choose Basic, this covers the guest for only up to $500 of liability for at fault or no ones fault insurance in an instance where the damage is unknown. At any point that the vehicle is under your possession, all new damages are charged to the guest. Hosts/Turo are not at risk when Basic is chosen but being a Host, my genuine intention is for every guest to enjoy the platform and continue to return with great experiences especially when they are not at fault. Mid level insurance covers up to $2500 and highest level covers 100%. In an event, the car is vandalized, hit and run etc.. this will come in handy. 2. Respect the car and the car will take care of you. 3. More to come..

  • How much do you charge for delivery? What if I only need pick up or only drop off and not both?

    My delivery fee is $120 which includes drop off and pick up. I waive delivery fee for trips of 7 days or longer! This fee has been calculated based off my home locations distance to the most popular pick up spots averaging the costs between Uber and taxis. I do offer the flexibility of only pick up or drop off. The cost would then only be $60. Please contact me before or after the booking. The cost adjustment will be made on the invoice to reflect the proper charge. And of course it is free to pick up and drop off the vehicle at my listed location.

  • I really want to rent your car but the cost falls just slightly out of my budget!

    If you’re set to renting one of my vehicles but the budget just doesn’t allow it. Let me know! I would love to work with you and not let money get in between your plans. I put my guests above costs every time. I’ll stand by it.

  • Do you offer contactless pick ups?

    Absolutely! For pick ups and drop offs from my location. Please indicate if you wish to opt for contactless and I will provide all details via messages and instructions for Key pick up. Vehicle will be on my driveway cleaned and sanitized ready to drive.

  • What’s your contact information?

  • Drop off service to the closest sky train station?

    Yes, I can offer to drop off guests to the closest sky train station from my place for a small fee of $10 vs $15 - $25 to take Uber. No waiting and no tips required. Just let me know during booking and I’ll be happy to save you time and money at the end of your trip!

The Atlas is a great vehicle, I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna and felt safe along the Coquihalla the whole time. It is very reliable with lots of space for the whole family. Chase was awesome to rent from yet again! After my trip I added 2-3 chips in the windshield which Chase covered the repair costs completely without hesitation. Thanks again for that Chase! Looking forward to renting from you again in the future.

Fantastic car, it was in great condition as listed and Chase was very easy to communicate with. The vehicle was such a nice drive, made challenging conditions feel very comfortable. The car is very spacious and we had no problems with all of our gear. Will definitely consider again!
