Car was malfunctioning and the host was not cooperative in reaching a solution. He suggested I take the car to his mechanic. I was unable to contact him by phone when the problem was discovered.

First, once the car return and I send the car to mechanic shop, the car is in good condition, there is no issue with the car. Second, customer trying to call me after 11pm, I have two baby but i still work with him to solve the problem by text, I offer him to pass by the mechanic shop and get a quick check, and I will cover the fee. Even rental company has their own work hours, so please respect to everyone.

Car was reliable we reached our destination safe. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. Pick up and drop off location was bit far from our place since we are new in Toronto it was uncomfortable. Total experience was great my family had fun during our trip.
