A fine of $200 will be charged to fix them + cost 🔌 My Tesla will always be delivered with at least 50% charge or better. Please return with the same level. Nothing less than 50% of Range. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge of $35 on top of the difference. Please Do Not let the car battery fall below 15% state of charge at any time during the trip, plan you route and charge the car accordingly. Please do not charge the car past 90%. These charging levels are set in place to maintain the health of the Battery. ** Please Do Not let ANY Unauthorized guest drive the Vehicle. Only person booking or listed is Allowed and covered to drive this vehicle. The person booking the vehicle is responsible for any damages during the trip. 👮‍♀‍ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be charged through the Turo app, in addition to the processing fee of $25. ⏰ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. Turo charges $50 per hour that you are late so please communicate with me beforehand. 💦 I will ensure the Tesla is cleaned before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fee will be applied for bringing the car back excessively dirty or smelling of smoke. 🛣 🛣 unlimited Kilometres. 👉🏼 Signs of abuse include: Excessive speed, intensive braking, irregular pedalling etc. Damages/excessive wear and tear will be reported to Turo claims department. The Tesla is equipped with GPS tracking + Live-data logging as safety is always the top priority. 🚓 In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, please communicate with me first so that we can work out the most cost-effective way moving forward. 🐶 I am an animal lover but due to the allergic nature of pets, they are not allowed. • Can Adults/child sit in the 3rd Row Comfortably?

  People may have enough legroom, but headroom is not really adequate for anybody other than kids below a certain height. I would not be comfortable sitting in the 3rd row for a long period of time. Tesla definitely added a third row of seats in the Model Y with the clear idea that only children or people who are not tall at all can travel back there.

• Can I drop the car off at a different location that where it was pick up?

  Please connect with me and we can see what options are available.

• Do I need to pay for airport when picking up car at the airport?

  Yes

• Can I charge the car to 100%?

  It is not recommended you charge it to 100% unless it is absolutely necessary for you to reach your destination. Remember you pay more for charging as well since the higher the charge the more time it takes to charge the car. The rates at the Tesla charging station is per minute.

• How do I pay for supercharging?

  The car is preauthorized with Tesla. You will be billed through Turo at the end of your trip.

• Will Tesla have enough charge to take me to my destination and back?

  Tesla has its own navigation. You can simply input your destination and it will advise you what charge you will arrive at. One key notes: make sure there is a charger at the destination or just add a return stop to see if you will have enough charge to return. Highly recommend you use the route planner from Tesla if you are planning on doing a long trip. Please see link below: https://www.tesla.com/trips

• What percentage battery do I need to return the car at?

  Please return the car at the same level you pick it up at. At times I have bookings right after and if you bring it at a lower charger I may not have enough time to charge up for my next rental. Also there will be an additional charge by Turo if the charge level is lower than what it was picked up at. For peace of mind please consider purchasing prepaid EV charge from extra items.

• What kind of child car seat do you have? $60

  We have the backless child car seat front facing which is $60 for the duration of the trip. Also we have the full back child car seat which is $60 for the duration of the trip. Please Check with me for availability at the time of booking.

• What percentage can I charge the car up to?

  To protect the battery we do not let the charge go below 20% and above 90%.

• Can I charge my phone with a cover on the wireless charger?

  The wireless charges works best without the cell phone cover. It all depends on how thick the cover is.

• Can I charge my Tesla at my hotel or home?

  Make sure to verify with the hotel if they have a Tesla travel charger before booking. At home you can plug into a regular outlet, as well with a NEMA Adapter (if using regular outlet it is extremely slow though) Please see FAQ for rental option Mobile Connector

• Can I rent a Mobile connector to charge at home (Inverter)? $50

  MOBILE CONNECTOR bundle $50 for the duration of the trip. Please add item under Extras “Inverter”. please message me for Availability. Maximize your charging options with the NEMA Adapter Bundle. • Can you fold the 2nd and 3rd row seats completely?

  Folding the seats is as easy as pausing an Instagram video; simply press and hold the button on the cargo area, and the backseats will collapse to the front. You can also fold the bench in a 60/40 split from the rear seats thanks to a lever on the seatback's shoulders.

• Do I have to pay for Full Self-Driving Capability?

  Yes. - FULL SELF DRIVING Available for a fee ($126 Please add this extra if you would Like to add Full Self-Driving computer for the duration of your trip. Let the car drive you around. Driver still needs to pay attention.) There is no guarantee the feature will be available due to software limitations during your rental period. Ask for details
