I had to cancel the trip due to an unexpected personal issue that prevented me from returning to town as planned. I offered to cover any additional costs for a similar rental, but it was not accepted. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

We rented this vehicle because we needed ample space for our trip, including transporting our kids to visit family out of town. Although the car appeared spacious in the pictures, we found the trunk space to be limited and the back seats quite cramped. Our 11- and 10-year-olds, who are both 5'2", were very uncomfortable in the back.
Additionally, we encountered issues with the pickup process. There were no instructions on where to collect the car, despite reaching out to the owner the day it was booked. On the pickup day, our driver struggled to find the car and had to call the owner for assistance. It turns out a key/pass was needed to enter the parking lot, which should have been communicated beforehand.
The car also has very dark-tinted windows, making it difficult to see through the rearview mirror, especially if the car behind doesn’t have its headlights on.
While the car runs smoothly, I wouldn’t recommend it if you need to accommodate all seats and require substantial trunk space. However, I appreciated the owner's offer to let us use their underground parking spot.
