NON-SMOKING CAR Fines up to $300 can be applied for returning the car smelling of smoke /vaping/weed. Curb Rash (please take care when parking close to curbs) We get them repaired quite often, but for fee's upwards of $200, depending on the damage. Our Tesla's will always be picked up or Delivered between 80%-95%, please return with nothing less than 80% unless you have used the PREPAID EV RECHARGE "Extra". Also please do not charge the battery past 97% at superchargers as that will effect our overall battery life for the car. *IF DROPPING OFF AT THE AIRPORT, A MIN OF 80KMS NEED TO BE LEFT ON THE CAR, EVEN WITH PREPAID EV OPTION. WE WILL NEED TO BRING THE CAR BACK TO OUR FACILITY" A $50 fine will be applied to any trip that does not follow this rule. Tickets & Fines - Please pay for fines directly if ticket was given physically. If not, all tickets/fines will be passed onto the guest post trip or once they arrive in mail. Be Respectful of the time - We will be on time for your appointment, so please do be on time when picking up the vehicle as well as when dropping it off. Some guest do forget to Charge up the car before returning and do not account for charging time. Again, this can be avoided if the PREPAID EV extra is added. Safe Trip and Enjoy the ride - All of our Tesla's are known for being some of the fastest cars on the road, but that doesn't mean we need them driven as race cars. Please ensure that you are following the posted speed signs and driving to the road conditions.

How much range/distance can I drive on a full charge?
You will receive the car with 95-100% battery power which will allow for 480-520KMs of range on warm days. With excessive drops in temperature, you will see a drop in range. Charging stations are placed on the way to major destinations, so please plan your trip accordingly.
How do I charge the car and where?
Tesla Superchargers are the best way for charging the car fast and for free.* They are located in major cities and Edmonton's is located in the upper parkade at Southgate Mall. Just reverse into the stall and click the button on the handle of the charger to open the charge port.
