Guidelines
NON-SMOKING CAR Fines up to $300 can be applied for returning the car smelling of smoke /vaping/weed. Curb Rash (please take care when parking close to curbs) We get them repaired quite often, but for fee's upwards of $200, depending on the damage. Our EV's will always be picked up or Delivered between 80%-95%, please return with nothing less than 80% unless you have used the PREPAID EV RECHARGE "Extra". Also please do not charge the battery past 95% as that will effect our overall battery life for the car. *IF DROPPING OFF AT THE AIRPORT, A MIN OF 80KMS NEED TO BE LEFT ON THE CAR, EVEN WITH PREPAID EV OPTION. WE WILL NEED TO BRING THE CAR BACK TO OUR FACILITY" A $50 fine will be applied to any trip that does not follow this rule. Tickets & Fines - Please pay for fines directly if ticket was given physically. If not, all tickets/fines will be passed onto the guest post trip or once they arrive in mail. Be Respectful of the time - We will be on time for your appointment, so please do be on time when picking up the vehicle as well as when dropping it off. Some guest do forget to Charge up the car before returning and do not account for charging time. Again, this can be avoided if the PREPAID EV extra is added.

Devon/Award Evolution Inc was great! The Hyundai was in perfect shape and performed wonderfully, with a LOT of great features and well equipped. Communication was always timely via app messages and he accommodated us for everything. The rental day rate was excellent and the unlimited kilometres were a huge bonus.
Pick up and drop off location was convenient, just off the Whitemud and 50th st. Next time we are in need of a rental will not hesitate to give Devon/Award Evolution a shout and check the inventory. 5 star experience.
