Any abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues will result in a violation fee charged as per Turo Cleaning Policy. It's a NO SMOKING (of any kind) car. If there's evidence of smoking of any kind, there will be a violation fee charged as per Turo No Smoking Policy. The fuel is always at max, and must be returned to the max, otherwise you will be charged a $10* convenience fee in addition to the cost to replace the gas as per Turo guidelines. You’re responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred. You’re responsible for any tickets (speeding, parking, and others)

The AC is not working and the host charged us over 100$ (a full day) for a 15 minutes delay even if we contacted them as soon as we got stuck in traffic (2 hours before the end of the trip).
