Well maintained 4 wheel drive SUV for families looking for a comfortable and spacious car. Great to drive and to be in, this car is equipped with Apple CarPlay, heads-up display, Sunroof, Napa leather seats and Bose sound system along with many other standard features. A spacious boot is another boon when travelling with family. Brand new tires and brakes make sures that safety is not compromised. Ventilated front seats make sure that the occupants remain in utmost comfort even in scorching heat, where as the ac vents at rear takes care of the rear occupants. Don’t waste your money on scheduling a pickup from Pearson. It’s completely misleading. You don’t actually get the car at the airport. They instead send a driver to pick you up and bring you to the car. This was extremely inconvenient for me because of the amount of baggage me and my family had. I had to go to the car on my own then drive the car back to the airport to pickup the rest of my luggage and my family. I could have just booked an Uber for myself and it would have been easier.
The host also never told me that the number he provided was for a car park service. I had no idea what information I needed to provide. I initially gave them my information but the car wasn’t under my name. After some confusion with the person on the phone we were able to find the booking.
The host also mentioned that the office is only a 3-4 minute drive away. On arrival I was waiting for 45 minutes for the driver to arrive.
The car itself is ok. CarPlay would randomly cut out once in a while, regardless of what cable we used. There really isn’t not a whole lot of luggage space for how big the car appears to be.
With the poor communication and lack clear instructions. I would not recommend booking with this host.
