Child Safety: If you plan to travel with children, we require that you provide and use appropriate child safety seats or boosters. Your little ones' safety is of utmost importance, and we want to ensure they are properly secured during the journey. Tire Care: Take care when parking and driving to avoid hitting curbs or other obstacles that may damage the tires. In case of any tire damage or punctures, please inform us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly. Charging Responsibility: The Tesla Model Y Long Range will be delivered to you with a full battery charge. It is your responsibility to charge the vehicle during your rental period. Please familiarize yourself with nearby charging stations and charging protocols to ensure uninterrupted travel. Driving Range Awareness: The Model Y Long Range has an impressive range, but please be mindful of your driving habits and plan your trips accordingly.   Yes, you can use Tesla's Autopilot system, which offers advanced driving assistance features. However, it is important to note that Autopilot is not a fully autonomous system. Always remain attentive and ready to take control of the vehicle if needed. Familiarize yourself with the features and usage guidelines before utilizing Autopilot.

• How far can the Tesla Model Y Long Range travel on a single charge?

  The Tesla Model Y Long Range has an impressive range of up to 326 miles on a full charge, allowing for extended trips without the need for frequent charging.

• Are there any additional costs for charging the vehicle during my rental period?

  The cost of charging the vehicle is typically the responsibility of the renter. Charging rates may vary depending on the charging station or network used. You don't have to pay up front, just plug it in and charge. The car is connected to my account through Tesla, and you will be billed after the trip for supercharger use as an incidental charge. We will provide you a screenshot from the Tesla account with the charges. At a Supercharger we recommend moving the car ASAP to avoid idling fees.

• What happens if there is damage to the vehicle during my rental period?

  In the unfortunate event of any damage to the vehicle, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to address any necessary repairs or insurance claims. Please refer to the rental agreement for more details on the insurance coverage provided.

• Can I take the Tesla Model Y Long Range on a road trip?

  Absolutely! The Model Y Long Range is an excellent choice for road trips. Its impressive range, spacious cargo capacity, and advanced features make it well-suited for long journeys. Just plan your route carefully and ensure you have access to charging stations along the way.

• Can I extend my rental period if needed?

  Extension of the rental period is subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to extend your rental, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• How long does it take to charge the Tesla Model Y Long Range?

  The charging time can vary depending on the charging station used. With a Tesla Supercharger, you can achieve up to 168 miles of range in just 15 minutes. A full charge at a Supercharger typically takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Charging with a Level 2 charger at home or other compatible charging stations can take several hours for a complete charge.

• Can I use the 407 ETR Toll Highways?

  Unfortunately we do not allow the use of 407 ETR highways. We will request reimbursement if we are charged including a $5 service fee.
