** Panoramic Sunroof - Best to view the snowy tops of the Rocky Mountain ** ** Comfortable 3rd row seating with lots of space still left for 2 large bags and 2 small bags ** ** I am an All-Star Host and also a Power Host (Top 4% of Turo hosts) ** A well maintained 2013 Ford Explorer with 7 seats, automatic transmission. The car is maintained at the Dealership as per the schedule to ensure reliability. Also, I always thoroughly clean the vehicle before and after every booking to ensure it is safe for my guests and for my use. This car has all the modern essentials including: Panoramic Sunroof Leather Seats Heated Seats Bluetooth GPS Cruise Control I watch the season and switch between Winter and All Season tires. It currently has All Season tires on. I can offer delivery if required. ** Airport Delivery - The YYC airport has recently imposed a 13.5% fee as a percentage of your trip total for airport pickups that is added as a surcharge to the guest. An alternative to avoid this fee is for you to book at the Park2Go Airport Valet Service location at 2121 100 Ave NE. They are a 24 hour service and have shuttle busses that pick your group (and luggage) up from the airport arrivals terminal and take you to their location that is less than 5 mins away. The car will be ready and waiting for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me more about it.

Mohammed was a great host. He was easy to communicate with during booking and checked in regularily during the trip. He was upfront about a minor issue with the car sustained during the trip before ours, and nice and personable. Thanks!

The previous guest reported an electric issue with the sunroof. It opened automatically and then would not close. I tried taking it to the garage to fix but they needed more time. I contacted this guest before her trip to let her know this is the situation with the car. I also had another car available for her trip which I offered to switch if she liked. She thanked me for giving her the advance notice and she wanted to choose a different type of car. No worries. Hope to host you next time.

About 30 minutes into the trip, the sunroof opened and would not close for the rest of the week long trip; we were also told the backup camera worked 90% of the time… it only worked 10%. Our host was responsive, but didn’t offer a discount or solution for an overly poor experience. This car was the lowlight of our week long trip to Banff.

Yes, the sunroof was definitely an inconvenience. I can control mechanical issues by good preventative maintenance. Unfortunately electrical issues are completely random (in both new and old cars). Like I said, I would have liked to switch the car for you, but l didn't have any due to busy labour day weekend. I asked if you just wanted to return the car and contact Turo to give you another one. You said you were fine to adjust with this car. Hope to give you a better 5 star experience next time.
