Wonderful host. Wonderful clean car. Had booked the Audi with Felix for 3 days, but had to cut the reservation short due to extreme tire wear, as vehicle was in severe need of wheel alignments and tire replacements. As we were on limited time and no tire store stocks 21inch wheels around Banff, we had to unfortunately return back the vehicle to Calgary that very same day of pick up as it was undrivable due to uneven tire wear.
Felix quickly arranged for another vehicle for us and was warm and apologised for the inconvenience. Very responsive for the issue we faced. We ended up taking his Nissan Murano instead which was wonderful. Overall, fantastic host, great car but I would recommend the host to get a tire replacement and alignment and for the next customers to check for this in the static checkout procedure! 😊

This vehicle was wonderful. Felix delivered it to the airport on time and it was in pristine condition inside and out. I drove it to Banff and around the National park for a week with no problems at all. It was a fun vehicle to drive and very smooth and comfortable on highways and city roads. I have used the Apple CarPlay feature for maps and music. I recommend Felix and this car for anyone looking for a luxury, high-comfort, no issues ride. Thanks Felix.
