This car was spotless, drove great and was like a new car. Kasia was super nice and made the process so much easier to deal with than a car rental agency. Highly recommend it.

This was my 1st time using TURO. After searching and comparing prices at all car rental companies and not finding a 2022 vehicle with full coverage insurance, within my budget, my daughter asked me if I ever heard of TURO. My daughter said a co-worker had mentioned how she had rented a vehicle from TURO when she went on her vacation, My daughter said she was told that the vehicles are vehicles of private owners, who rent their vehicles through TURO company. I hadn't heard of TURO so I decided to look them up online. Turo.com online application is very easy to use/book vehicles. I was totally amazed to find that my host had listed a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, that was within my budget, with full coverage insurance add/purchase, priced more reasonable than all the other car renal companies, even with including their sale prices or coupons. Within minutes after booking my vehicle with TURO, I was introduced to my host, who made me feel very comfortable, as if we known each other for forever. My host assured me that it was Ok to call or txt with any questions or concerns before and during my rental time/ dates. My Host made sure that the vehicle was waiting at the airport when our flight arrived, mapped out easy to find in the Airport parking lot as planned, immaculate cleaned and sanitized, which was the best part to the beginning of our carefree, stress free wonderful vacation. I would defiantly book future vehicles when needed and, recommend TURO to any and everyone looking to rent any kind of vehicle. I pray that they are blessed to have a Host that come close to being as awesome as mine

Great communication from Daysha throughout the rental process. Truck was super clean inside and out, full tank, ice cold AC, and smelled great! Would definitely recommend using Faith if in the Destin area.

Travis and his wife were incredibly accommodating! We were traveling with 2 children under 2 years old and pickup and drop off were extremely easy and convenient. Additionally, they were great on communication and even gave us several suggestions for things to do in the area as we were first time visitors. The Santa Fe was clean, sanitized, and easy to operate. It was also nice to have something with good fuel efficiency with prices being as high as they are. The vehicle was able to accommodate both of our kids in car seats, 2 pack an plays, a large 50L suit case, 3 large roller boards, 2 diaper bags, and our tandem stroller!! I would very highly recommend booking with Travis and his wife if you are in the area! This was our first time using Turo and they have certainly spoiled us and set the bar pretty high. I don’t think that we will be using any of the major rental companies any time soon!

I’ve rented from Brandon before and it’s always a pleasure! Easy to work with abs very accommodating. Much cheaper then big rental car companies and I like to support locals.

The car was just as described, and exactly what we needed. A great value for the price. It fit 4 adults and a kid comfortably, plus all our luggage and some beach stuff! Mike was wonderful to work with and went absolutely above and beyond in every respect. He offered some beach chairs to us to borrow and even went and purchased an extra one before our rental so that we would have enough! The water in the trunk was the most welcome touch as well after a long travel day! I would absolutely recommend this rental. Thank you for everything!

We contacted Lisa last minute about renting her car and she got back to us quickly. We had no problems with the car. Everything was great. Loved that she delivered the car right to the airport so we didn’t have to Uber somewhere to pick it up and returned it to the airport as well. Because it is a hybrid we barely used any gas, which was great with the price of gas right now. I would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend her.

The car was in great shape and just what we needed to get around while we were in the area. We booked this car just two days before we needed it and it was ready to go for us and everything went smoothly. Easy to find at the airport and easy to leave there when we left. I did ask a lot of questions because this was my first time doing a Turo rental. Not all of my questions were answered but the most pertinent ones were. Would rent from Nathan again.
