This has literally been the best experience I’ve had renting in the CLE.

No rental counter, no lines, no having to negotiate an upgrade, and the car was exactly as we thought it would be.

Host addressed any question I had and quickly made appropriate adjustments to my reservation.

Will definitely rent again.

As a automotive enthusiast I have gotten behind the wheel of dozens of cars, obviously everyone has heard or seen of the iconic Porsche 911.

Easy process. Clean car. Communication was great. All questions and quick reply’s. May I add that we took family photos in Akron and we locked the key in the car. We called Jozef and without hesitation he drove all the way out and brought us the 2nd key so we can get to dinner on time- he was quick . So the Customer service is exceptional. It’s great to know that in a “situation” the owner made himself available to help… highly recommend. Will be booking with him next years visit in October as well.

Everything about this booking exceeded my expectations. Jozef was very accommodating and provided great detail to make my first Turo seamless and convenient. The car was exactly as described, clean, well-kept and communication was prompt and precise. He was also incredibly accommodating when my airline canceled my flight to leave me stranded with a toddler multiple states away from home. Will absolutely use again in the future.
