2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SE This van has 7 seats, with the back 5 collapsible for maximum space if needed for many purposes. 4 doors, 2 sliding on the side, plus the trunk. Van will be given fully clean and expected to be treated well during the duration of trip. Accommodations may be made for any special requests. There is a transponder solely dedicated for this vehicle. Once the trip ends toll reimbursement will be sent out when all tolls are posted to the account. If you would like to use your own transponder that is welcome but needs to be discussed beforehand. ID #02105530867

Van came exactly as described, plenty of room for 3 kids and all the hardware they require. Pickup and drop off were very smooth and communication was extremely fast.

Good car, but false advertisement of AWD that posed a severe safety risk driving to the mountains. The situation was poorly handled by the host- no refund offered and no responsibility of negligence taken. He was fully aware we were driving it to a ski mountain as well. I’m overall very disappointed. I’m taking it up with Turo. Stay tuned.

Mistake with the listing of AWD was my fault. There is no AWD for any Dodge Grand Caravans and I apologized. Guest made multiple trip changes that I accommodated and I answered many questions they had. Whole trip was completed and guest demanded refund after which I disagreed with and suggested they reach out to Turo if they felt otherwise . Felt as guest was trying to get a free trip. I defer to Turo on how to handle a guest such as this.
