Being a 1st time Turo user and not tech savvy I was a little confused with the pick up process this was My error due to not reading through instructions. Tuned out to work out great ! Though the vehicle was parked in Valet at our hotel when parked for the time on island it definitely was a benefit and direct messaging customer service and getting instructions great app.

Excellent experience!!! Communication was perfect!! This service is top notch and far better than any experience I’ve had with commercial rental companies!! Loved the “swagger wagon” aka Dodge Caravan!!

I input the wrong date for rental and showed up a day early. In spite of my screwup accommodations were made and our trip was salvaged. Kudos. Highly recommended. Much cheaper than Hertz.

Great mini van for a large party. Pick up was seamless as well as drop off. Van was spotless and drive smoothly. Owner was very responsive. If visiting Martha's Vineyard this owner and van is where you should go.
