- I am allergic to fur and future renters could be as well. Pets are only allowed in crates. Please clean up and vacuum thoroughly before returning the car. Cleaning fees of up to $150 will be charged if any pet hair/ dander is found in the vehicle. - The car will be prepped for your trip with a clean interior and exterior. Please return the car in the same condition or add the ‘Post-trip cleaning’ extra to your rental if you’re going to be running on a tight schedule. In rare cases, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may receive the car with some dirt on the exterior. In that case, you will not be expected to wash the car at the end of your trip. Please be extra careful while driving on unpaved surfaces as you will be held liable for any and all damages. OFF ROADING IS NOT ALLOWED. - The car will be fueled up before your trip. Please return it full or add the ‘Prepaid refuel’ extra to your rental if you’re going to be running on a tight schedule. In case you receive the car with less than a full tank of gas, Please return the car with the same level of fuel at the start of your trip. - No smoking (tobacco, marijuana etc.) or vaping is allowed inside the car. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated as professional ozone decontamination will be needed. -This car comes equipped with an iPass for the toll roads. If you do use the iPass there will be a reimbursement sent through the turo app for these charges. A $10 toll processing fee applies to all rentals in addition to the tolls
