To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and future guests, please review and follow these guidelines: ⛽ Fuel ⏩ Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up (usually full). 💵 A refueling charge will apply if the car is returned with less gas. 🧼 Cleanliness 🧽 Please return the car in the same clean condition as received. 🧺 Light dirt is expected, but excessive mess (e.g. sand, pet hair, smoke, spills) may result in a cleaning fee. 🚭 No Smoking 🚫 Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. 🧾 A smoke removal fee of up to $250 may be charged if detected. 🐶 Pets 🐾 Pets are allowed with prior approval only. 🧹 Please clean up after your pet to avoid cleaning fees. ⏰ Timeliness 📲 If you need more time, request a trip extension through the app before the trip ends. 💸 Late returns may result in late fees per Turo policy. 📍 Toll Roads & Tickets 🛣️ If you selected the toll pass add-on, you’re welcome to use express lanes and toll bridges. 📮 If not, please avoid toll lanes or expect to cover tolls and processing fees. 🧾 All parking, traffic, or speeding tickets incurred during your trip are your responsibility. 🛑 Prohibited Use ❌ No track driving, off-roading, racing, towing, or using the vehicle for delivery/rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
