Me being also part of the gig economy I know how important is to maintain the highest possible rating for a host, so I giving them a 5-star nevertheless but I need to tell the truth about this car so the hosts can fix it. This car can drive 8 people comfortably even on long trips, and it can carry enough luggage as well, so it was the car of choice for driving my big family and visit several places around northern Arizona. However, this car didn't feel safe to drive, and there were some times when I really thought it would leave stranded on a solitary road in northern Arizona at any moment. I had a tight schedule and reservations so I couldn't afford not having a car so I took the gamble with it. These were the issues I dealt with: - The front axle vibrated strongly when it reached highway speeds, so I needed to grab the wheel firmly and think it twice before changing lanes or overtaking another car. - The acceleration hesitated and gave a small jump at low speeds, probably due to misfiring or transmission problems, so stop-and-gos felt uncomfortable. - The front passenger's window didn't go up quickly in really cold weather, so I had to drive under snow with that window down until I got to a place where it warmed up a bit, and then it went up very slowly. - The rear axle suspension was terrible, my kids in the back seats complained every time I drove through rough pavement patches. - The car literally fell apart, while driving on highway 89 to Horseshoe Bend an undercarriage panel lost some screws or something and it partially fell. I couldn't fix it or take it out completely so I had to drive a thousand miles with that thing dangling and scratching the road. - The wiper blades are burned and rough, so driving under rain wasn't quiet. - The headlights were so faint that driving on dark roads was a quite challenge. All these issues are fixable, and I hope the hosts do them before they rent it to the next person. Other than that, it was a car that fulfilled my expectations and allowed me travel to many places.

Had an amazing weekend with family and having the odyssey really helped out with fitting all our kiddos . Had no complaints what so ever the car ran amazing. We will defiantly be returning customers ! Thank you guys again so much !

We had an amazing trip with this host and van. We rented their other van (white Chrysler) as we had a family from the Netherlands coming to stay with us for a week and wanted to be able to drive together as we showed them the sites in Utah but the air conditioning was going out (not the hosts fault). When we reached out Paul helped us troubleshoot and unfortunately it did not work so Paul and Janae offered this van and came to us to do the exchange so that our trip would not get interrupted and even gave us a little gift for the inconvenience. Paul and Janae went above and beyond for us and we appreciated it very much. The van was older and with all Honda vehicles had quite a bit of road noise but the air conditioning worked great as did everything else. This van took us around town, the mountains, Park City and Salt Lake City all without any problems. Bonus, it gets great gas mileage!!! Thanks again Paul and Janae, if we are ever in need of another rental vehicle, we look you up!!!!
