Easy Pick-Up & Drop-Off (Contactless Check-In) ✅ Pick-Up: Your car will be ready at the address you chose in the designated parking area. ✅ You’ll receive the lockbox code through the Turo app at the start of your trip. ✅ Drop-Off: Please return the car to the same location, lock it, and place the keys back in the lockbox. 🚗 Pro Tip: Snap a quick photo of the car before and after your trip for your records! 🏁 2. Drive Safely & Responsibly ✅ Follow all traffic laws and speed limits—just enjoy the ride! 🛡️ Safety First! This car has security features for your protection and peace of mind. 🚨 No reckless driving – Please avoid racing, off-roading, excessive speeding, or burnouts. ❗ Important: If dangerous driving is detected (like extreme speeding or hard braking), the trip may be canceled without a refund per Turo’s policy. ⛽ 3. Fuel & Mileage ✅ Return with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. 🚗 If you need to refuel, use regular unleaded gas (unless otherwise noted). ⏳ Mileage limits apply – Extra miles will have an additional charge per Turo’s policy. ⛽ Forget to refuel? No worries! I’ll refill it and charge only for the gas used, plus a small refueling fee. 🧼 4. Keep It Clean (But No Need to Stress!) ✨ Hassle-Free Cleaning Included! Light dirt? No problem—I’ll take care of it! 🚫 Please avoid excessive mess – If returned extremely dirty (trash, spills, sand, etc.), a cleaning fee may apply. 🚭 Smoke-Free Car! No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the car. A $250 cleaning fee applies per Turo’s policy. 🐶 Traveling with pets? Please check with me first to avoid extra cleaning fees. 🚨 Sunscreen & makeup stains can be tough to remove—please be mindful! 🛣️ 5. Tolls, Parking & Tickets ✅ Toll Pass Included! You can breeze through toll booths—charges will be billed via Turo after your trip. ✅ Prefer your own E-Pass or SunPass? Feel free to use it! 🚨 You’re responsible for any parking, speeding, or toll violations—fees will be charged to your Turo account. ⏳ 6. Returning the Car on Time ✅ Please return the car on time to keep things smooth for the next guest. 🔄 Need extra time?
