Leslie was amazing to work with! Sincere 5 stars! The van was clean and ran perfectly. It gets great gas mileage, average 35 mpg. Leslie provided us with the optional cooler which was so convenient and she went above and beyond with drop off and pick up! They delivered the van to our VRBO and met us at the airport for a seamless drop off. I would 100% recommend renting from Leslie!
Stephanie and Jorge truly understand hospitality. The car was even better than advertised (a little extra tinting goes a long way when you are driving a long distance) and absolutely spotless. It was so good my family begged me not to bring it back. They took care of every little thing, they were always available, they reached out multiple times to make sure everything was okay and to see if there was anything more they could do. And most importantly, when we brought the car back they were quick to overlook small blemishes that occurred along the way. I can't recommend this car or these hosts enough.
Satoshi was very nice and explained the features of the car. Pickup and drop off were very easy and efficient. The car was clean and ran well.
Zhilin is a great host. I had a great and easy experience. Car is clean and had no issues. Zhilin even picked up the car up from my house after I was done, which was great because I was tired after a nice day with my family.(fee will be charged) I definitely will love to use the van again.
