Hello! My name is Logan and welcome to my 2012 Volkwagen Routan Minivan. With seating for 7, well-maintained leather seats, easy-open electronic sliding doors, and a spacious interior - this is a terrific family vehicle. And with my proximity to John Wayne Airport, it makes traveling and renting with the family a breeze! The middle two seats are leather bucket seats, and the back three are leather bench seating. I work hard to ensure this minivan is clean, presentable, and in great condition for you and respectfully ask you treat it well. It is very reliable and has cold AC. The car is great for family trips. The only issue I encounter driving on the freeway turn off the engine twice twice on the street has a little mechanical issue. Other than that it’s a great car for a family trip.

My family loved this car. Kids were upset we weren’t keeping it. It drives me very well. Those who sat in the back row seats said they were very comfortable and roomy, even for taller people. I will try to rent this van again if I ever need to travel with more than five people.

I liked the roominess of the van and affordability of it. The gas tank was full, instructions to access easy enough. The van interior was dirty, was not wiped down or cleaned when I got it. I reached out to the host and he apologized saying he had his neighbor help get the car ready as he was out of town, and that he wouldn’t do that again. The 3rd day into the trip the engine light came on. I alerted the host right away and saw he read my message- but didn’t say anything back for a couple hours. Only when I adjusted the rental time to turned the car in a day early for host to take care of the engine lite -as I was concerned with the reliability and safety of the car- got a 1 day credit to my payment, but no message from the host about the inconvenience or any message at all. Fortunately I have family in the area to help me get around this last day and to the airport.
