To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you follow these friendly guidelines: 1. LAX Delivery & Return: We only deliver and accept returns at the LAX Budget Parking lot. Please do not return the car to any other LAX parking lot, as it may result in a $200 penalty. 2. No Smoking or Pets: For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that you keep the car smoke-free and no pets are allowed inside. Violations will incur a $150 fee. 3. Driving Guidelines: No racing, tracking, or driving on dirt roads. Please enjoy the car responsibly and safely! 4. Fuel: Please use only gasoline and return the car with at least the same amount of fuel as when you received it. If the fuel is lower, a fee for the missing fuel plus a $10 convenience fee will apply. 5. Key Replacement: Please make sure to return the key. If the key is missing, a $300 replacement fee will apply, plus any additional costs for programming the key. By following these simple rules, we can continue offering great cars in great condition. This experience was the easiest rental car experience I’ve ever had. The van was right where it was supposed to be, and drop off was super easy. The van was clean and well taken care of, and our host was amazing. I highly recommend!!!

Pick up location was easy, a little wait for the shuttle but easy. Car drove well and host made instructions easy to follow.

The van was great and met our expectations. It's definitely feels like a van that's been driven, but we put several hundred more miles on it into central valley and without worries. The A/C works great and the van was clean and tidy. A few minor things like a broken cup holder, a charger outlet that wasn't working, and a steering wheel that wasn't perfectly straight. But again, it got us where we needed to go reliably which is what mattered to me.
