We couldn’t have asked for a better host and vehicle! Dominic is wonderfully positive and extremely responsive. His instructions were clear and my family really appreciated the additional beach gear stowed in the back. The interior of his van was immaculate and it was a smooth ride all week. Thank you, Dominic! We hope you and your van are available the next time we visit. Mahalo!

The car was good and stocked with beach gear. The trip started very well but at the end of the trip the host didn’t meet us to receive the car. I remembered upon receiving the car he mentioned a lock box with foil to place the key in…. Well, the hotel asked me to move the car to the Marina Parking Lot. So I tried to contact the host to no avail. I left 10 messages and contacted Turo support. He didn’t respond to their calls. His lock box required a code to lock and we were never provided a code. We were stuck. 1 hour later we still had no answer from host and Turo support instructed me to leave car and take key with me and mail back to the host. Very poor service for host to not show, or respond to guest. There was not clear or detailed instructions for box anywhere on the app details or in the car. I would not recommend this Host. We almost missed our flight home.
