CLEANING: Common Turo etiquette include returning the vehicle as clean as how guest received it. We understand it may be difficult to return the vehicle spotless. A few grains of sand would be okay. However, returning the vehicle trashed or with full of sand is not okay. Up to $150 fee will be charged after checkout if failed to return the vehicle in the condition it was received. Please be mindful when entering the vehicle after the beach. Bringing excessive sand into the vehicle would not be able to remove from ordinary vacuum and would need professional tools in removing so. Dusting off before entering the vehicle would avoid these issues. We thank you for your consideration! SMOKING & EATING: Smoking in vehicle is prohibited by Turo. Guest will be subjected to penalties and even possible termination from platform if smoking was detected at checkout. We ask if guest would avoid eating in vehicle. Eating causes crumbs and will attract bugs and roaches which would be very uncomfortable for the next guest. Please be mindful. We would really appreciate it!
