Guidelines
Please return the vehicle in the same condition as you received (if you didn't select an Extra, please be sure the gas is filled and vehicle is clean). You DO NOT need to wash/clean the EXTERIOR of the vehicle, I will clean myself and there is no additional charge. You will only need to clean/vacuum the interior if there is excessive sand/dirt. For roadside assistance or if involved in an accident, please contact Turo's 24/7 number (415)965-4525 first, then contact me, Romy (808)226-7958 or Brandon (808)630-0355. If you lose the keys/key fob, You will be charged the replacement fee. Enjoy the beach Take a drive around the island, stop at popular eateries & shops. Romy is awesome! Gave us tips on lots of good places to go! The car ran perfectly! Pick up and drop off was really easy! We had a punctured tire during our stay, and Romy had it fixed within the hour! He really helped us out! Thank you, we will definitely book with you again!

We had the Chrysler van for two weeks. Everything went perfect. Romy was very professional and polite. He checked on us during the week to make sure all was well with us and the rental. Very happy with our first time using Turo. We would definitely recommend using Turo and working with Romy again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Romy was an AMAZING host! The car was wonderful, he checked in on us on occasion to see if we needed anything and make sure everything was going well with the car! And at the end, he even brought us pastries when we dropped the car off! We can't say enough good about him and our experience having him as our host! Thank you Romy!!

From the moment we booked until the trip ended Romy was awesome. Great communication and the car was great. Car was spotless and well maintained. Very easy pick up and drop off. All worked around our needs. Beyond the normal Romy took the time to talk about the Island. Places to go, sites to see and things to be careful of. On top of that he provides a great list of restaurant suggestions and other great tips
